New South Wales: PlanningNSW

Housing SA, formerly The South Australian Affordable Housing Trust, has been implemented to focus on those households and families in the greatest need, who would have difficulty maintaining tenancy in the private rental market or moving into home ownership. The South Australian Affordable Housing Trust has become a division of Housing SA and will address the needs of a new and emerging generation of South Australians who aspire to home ownership - those who need affordable rental while they're establishing their careers and families and those who want to live near their workplaces and extended families.
