Description

Not-for-profit housing organisations have an expanding role in procuring affordable housing in Australia. Changes to housing policy and regulatory environment have presented these organisations with opportunities to grow and diversify their business.

This study will use Delphi methods of drawing on expert informants to identify the key factors shaping organisational decision-making; why and how actors in different types of organisations are interpreting and responding to policy signals; and the likely directions of future change.
