At Swinburne, Wendy has completed research around family housing pathways, housing and social cohesion, low-moderate home ownership and social inclusion.
As principal investigator of AHURI research, Wendy has examined changes in the private rental system over time and longitudinal analysis of the impact of long-term private rental for tenants and has worked on the AHURI Multi-Year Research Project ‘Addressing Concentrations of Social Disadvantage’.
