Luc Borrowman

Luc is a research specialist with experience in research into housing, homelessness and welfare measures.

His research interests cover housing affordability, survival in housing stress and the monetary measure of housing welfare.

Luc has conducted research projects both in Australia and also overseas.

Prior to joining AHURI, Luc successfully completed his PhD at Monash University on Housing Affordability: Essays on housing affordability: the who, what, where and for how long.

Luc has worked at universities for over ten years teaching at Monash Australia and Malaysia as well as at RMIT University.

He has published papers in academic journals such as Housing Studies, Business History and Australian Economic Papers.

As a member of AHURI's Professional Services team, Luc is responsible for the evaluation of policies and programs as well as facilitating primary research.
