Kerri-Anne Williams

Kerri-Anne Williams Kerri-Anne Williams has been working in the homelessness sector in New South Wales for 10 years and has recently been nominated for the Leading Practioner Award at the New South Wales Specialist Homelessness Services Good Practice awards.  Working for the St Vincent de Paul Society, she is the current manager of Our Lady of the Way, a domestic and family violence service for women over fifty, and Vincentian House, a family and women’s service in the Inner City of Sydney.

Kerri-Anne holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of International Social Development. Kerri-Anne works from a trauma informed care framework in all aspects of her work, believing that safety, participation, collaboration and empowerment are core to organisational, system and personal development and healing.

Kerri-Anne is an active member of the Sydney Women’s Homelessness Alliance, and has recently co-facilitated the Sydney Women’s Homelessness Alliance Community of Practice on implementation of Trauma Informed Care within the Homelessness Service setting.
