David Waldren

David joined Grocon in 2001 and has worked in the field of architecture, design and building for over three decades.

David has been involved in project development and design management of large scale and highly complex projects. They include; the QV development in Melbourne the MCG Northern Stand redevelopment, Fairfax Media House (the first private project in Victoria to be built over rail), Common Ground Melbourne, Legion House in Sydney, 480 Queen Street Brisbane and both Swanston Square and Bouverie Street Apartment developments in Melbourne.

He was also the development manager behind the carbon neutral Pixel building in Melbourne and design manager for the off-grid Legion House project in Sydney.

David has also helped deliver some solutions to intervene in the cycle of homelessness in the form of design management and involvement in Grocon’s Common Ground projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
