Michelle Gegenhuber is the General Manager Housing and Homelessness Services for AnglicareSA, SA’s largest Not for Profit. Michelle is responsible for managing AnglicareSA Housing Ltd, the Humanitarian Settlement Program and Homelessness. She has grown the housing organisation to over double the size within 2 years. A strong focus on clear business strategy, strong culture and tailored systems has enabled such substantial growth.
Homelessness services have recently been incorporated into the portfolio to focus on creating strong, aligned and innovative holistic service provision. The synergies and innovation that can be achieved by integrating these functions are evident with initiatives such as Project Zero and Turning Point.
Michelle has a broad range of experience commencing in property valuation and working in the private development sector, local government sector and Not for Profit Sector. Areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Business Development, Property Development, Asset Management and Planning Policy. Michelle has a Bachelor of Business, an MBA and is a graduate and member of the AICD and a Director of PowerHousing Australia.
