AHURI launches Discussion Series
Focussed panel discussions on policy relevant topics
9 January 2019
AHURI is pleased to announce the launch of its Discussion Series. Underpinned by AHURI research, the Series will explore policy relevant housing and urban topics through focussed 90 minute panel discussions. Each discussion will be followed by a networking hour to allow delegates to connect with researchers, policy makers and fellow colleagues. The Series will be held in a number of cities around Australia to maximise opportunities for participation.
The first AHURI Discussion Series event for 2019 – Is social housing infrastructure? will be held in Melbourne at the State Library of Victoria on Monday 11 February 2019, from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
The details of the event including the topic overview, program and speakers are now available on the AHURI website.
A second event on the same topic will be held in Brisbane in March.
The next topic to be examined is the Future of the private rental sector, with events to be held in Adelaide and Perth during April and May respectively.
