older lower income tenants
A couple only or single person households aged 65 or over renting in the private rental market, earning in the bottom 40 per cent of Australia’s income distribution.
owner-purchaser or purchaser-owner
A home owner who still has a mortgage. As opposed to an outright owner who does not have a mortgage. Owner/purchaser refers to both.
