    Description: This is the Final Report of a case study that evaluates the outcomes of a new housing assistance program in Western Australia (WA). The Department of Housing WA shared equity Expression of Interest (EOI) initiative is part of the State Government’s Affordable Housing Strategy (2010–20). The EOI initiative is designed to assist low income households to enter home ownership.
