Description: This project seeks to explore the various impacts of mortgage stress on vulnerable households and to place the phenomenon of mortgage default within a broader social and economic context. This approach is used suggest relevant and practical ways for policy-makers to reduce the incidence and negative consequences emerging from mortgage default.
