“What works” to sustain Indigenous Tenancies in Australia
Megan Moskos, University of Adelaide
Sustainable tenancies not only prevent tenancy failure, but help achieve positive tenancy outcomes (such as stability, security and improved health and well-being). Adopting a strengths-based approach using mixed methods and drawing on the Australian Priority Investment Approach Longitudinal Income Support Administrative dataset (PIA) this research aims to understand ‘what works’ for securing successful housing outcomes for Indigenous Australians.
