Matthew Jackson

Matt is an experienced corporate services executive and governance professional with almost 30 years of experience supporting purpose-driven organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through strong governance, financial stewardship and organisational leadership. As Head of Corporate Services, he leads a broad portfolio encompassing finance, governance, risk, technology, business operations, and organisational performance.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked extensively within the not-for-profit, member-based and research sectors, partnering with boards, executive teams and stakeholders to strengthen organisational capability, manage risk and support sustainable growth. He has led major initiatives in financial management, business transformation, governance enhancement and operational improvement, helping organisations navigate change while maintaining a strong focus on mission and impact.

A strategic and collaborative leader, Matt is passionate about building resilient organisations, fostering high-performing teams and ensuring corporate services functions deliver value as trusted partners to the business. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics, and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
