Catherine Robinson is Associate Professor in Communities and Social Justice, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, UTAS and a Board Director working with peaks and services in the homelessness and child and youth welfare sectors. She is an impact scholar focused on research translation and strategic policy and system reform to address complex social harms, in particular unaccompanied child homelessness. During her career Catherine has also worked in frontline and research capacities in the community sector with the Salvation Army in Sydney and Anglicare Tasmania in Hobart. Catherine is also known for her work with Blackfella Films as Series Consultant and Co-Host of the SBS factual documentary Filthy Rich and Homeless.
