Jane Gaetani-Black

CEO, Karinya Youth Services Tasmania

Jane is the Chief Executive Officer of Karinya Youth Services Tasmania, where she leads the organisation's strategic direction and operations to support vulnerable young people in northern Tasmania. She oversees key programs including crisis accommodation for young women aged 13–20, as well as transitional housing and intensive wrap-around support for youth, young mothers, infants and children who are at risk of homelessness or are homeless.
With extensive experience in the health and community sector, Jane brings a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, advocacy and continuous improvement. She works collaboratively with government and community partners to deliver safe, supportive environments and to create meaningful pathways toward independence, education, employment and wellbeing for young vulnerable people across Tasmania.
