Dr Vivienne Milligan PSM is an Honorary Professor in the City Futures Research Centre at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Over her 45-year plus housing career, she has had roles as a policymaker, program manager, consultant, educator and researcher. These days she is mostly retired but maintains an active interest in national housing policy, Indigenous housing and innovative housing models, such as Community Land Trusts. She is a co-author (with Hal Pawson and Judith Yates) of ‘Housing Policy in Australia: A Case for System Reform’, which is now in its second edition.
