AHURI Managing Director, Dr Michael Fotheringham, appeared on ABC TV News to discuss the housing policy and tax reforms announced in last week's Federal Budget. He said the pre-existing policy settings made it easier for people to buy a second or third or fourth home than to buy the home they're actually going to live in.
