This report analyses the increasingly inadequate supply of housing throughout Australia, especially in capital cities, and ways Governments can utilise existing housing programs to promote product, process and organisational innovation to reduce delays in completion of housing.

This report aims to investigate and scope the processes required for an integrative development model capable of delivering more affordable and sustainable medium density housing through the regeneration of greyfield precincts in Australia’s capital cities.
