Jodie Conduit is the Deputy Dean, Research for the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics and a Professor of Marketing, at the Adelaide Business School. Her research interests lie in understanding how to engage consumers in interactions with organizations, and each other, that enable them to work together to achieve meaningful and relevant outcomes, particularly in contexts for social inclusion (including homelessness) and environmental sustainability. Further, she investigates how to engage key stakeholders for the purpose of shaping markets and ecosystems. This underpins her research agenda in the areas of customer engagement, market shaping, value co-creation, and more broadly in service research. Jodie has worked closely with several not-for-profit organisations including St Vincent de Paul Society and is a Board Member for Green Industries SA and KESAB Environmental Solutions. As well as a career in academia she worked for several years as a market researcher, for Forethought Research and National Australia Bank.
