Arlene is a Strategic Communications professional with over 20 years’ Corporate Communications and Marketing experience across the private, public and for-purpose sectors, including Melbourne City Mission, ANZ Banking Group, Aon UK, and Queensland Rail. Arlene’s work has included youth homelessness advocacy, brand and customer experience development, segment marketing, and leadership and transformation communications.
Arlene holds a bachelor of Business Communications, and is a past graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
