Luke Bo’sher

Luke Bo’sher is the Executive Director, Housing Policy at Homes Victoria. Luke leads Homes Victoria’s teams responsible for development of social and affordable housing policy and reform. This includes Aboriginal Housing policy, local government engagement, mental health and affordable housing dwellings in the Big Housing Build.

Luke was previously CEO of the Summer Foundation and had involvement in the development of the NDIS, working extensively on scheme’s design and housing policy in his roles as a Director at the National Disability Insurance Agency and advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Luke’s disability sector experiences include three years working in residential disability services, including government and non-government run supported accommodation.

In 2016 Luke completed a Fulbright Scholarship at New York University’s Centre for Urban Policy focusing on affordable housing and social finance, where he also earned a Master of Public Administration.
